Acupuncture and Acupressure

I just finished my first fresh cycle and it failed. I got the call yesterday that my HCG finally went back to 0.  They thought it might be ectopic but thankfully my numbers went down quickly. On a good note we do have 5 frozen embryos! Anyway I wasn't able to do acupuncture or acupressure with the first cycle due to time and traveling far for treatments. I am definitely going to do it for our FET that should start in January. I am hoping to get details about either. I have read they both have the same results and acupressure leaves out needles which I am sure you all know I am sick of! If you did acupuncture or acupressure When did you do it? How often? How much generally did it cost? Does it hurt? Any details would be appreciated!
