Midol Complete
Thank god for midol complete! If it wasn't for it, I wouldn't be able to get though my period with these terrible cramps. And you can take it every 6 hours. Which is great. But if I feel cramps coming on earlier I tend to take it earlier. Or I use ibuprofen in between. What do y'all use to help with cramps?
