will I be able to hear baby on Doppler today at my doctors appt? I'm 10 weeks and 5 days. 🙏🏻

I didn't have insurance in the behgining of my pregnancy. I saw heart beat at 9 weeks and 2 days. I heard it for the first time at 14 weeks and 1 day at an early gender scan

My doctor won't even attempt to use the Doppler before 12 weeks but every doctor is different

I heard the heartbeat at 6w 3d so Lol idk why some doctors can't seem to find the heartbeat

That's when I first heard mine. It all depends on your body too. At that time I was 150 lbs and I'm tall so I had a fairly thin stomach.

They've found the heartbeat with a Doppler with every pregnancy for me, between 8 and 10 weeks. But I've seen plenty of women whose doctors weren't able to find it, and everything was fine.

Honestly depends. I got a heart beat at my OB at 9w via doppler but it was only a few seconds so she did an ultrasound anyways.

When I went at 10 weeks I was told there was a 50/50 chance they'd be able to hear a heartbeat at that stage. They were able to find it, but I'm on the smaller side. The doctor said it's harder to hear it that early for bigger women.
