Horrible Cramping!!!!

I've had absolutely horribl cramps for a week but no bleeding. I came home from school today because I felt so sick, weak, and cold.I could hardly make it from the bathroom to the nurses office because I felt so gross. I felt a little better after the bathroom. But this still sucks and idk why it's happening. This isn't the first time but usually it happens in the middle of the night instead.
