on period but still feel pregnant

I'm day 3 on my period but I still feel like I'm having pregnancy symptoms but it's probs just period symptoms lol, I'm having strong cravings, hot flushes, dizziness and sometimes feeling sick like gagging but not being sick, headaches, frequent urine, hormonal I know it's probs just my period but i hold onto anything so please tell me I'm crazy or could I be pregnant? I'm on the pill however the bleed is withdrawal bleeding not atucually bleeding so I thought even if I was I would still bleed from withdrawal. I'm not ttc but if it happened I wouldn't be upset
