Discharge after Masturbating?

Last night, after I masturbated, I cleaned up my "area" and then went to bed. As I was sleeping, my vagina felt like it was leaking. So I went to the bathroom and it was a clear liquid. Then woke up this morning to a green discharge that was kind of chunky or clumpy? Is this normal? I used lube to masturbate as well and I've never had sex so.. I'm completely confused.
