gastric sleeve always hungry

Hi ladies so I am 11 weeks pregnant and I had the gastric sleeve back in nov 2014 I am always hungry no matter how often I eat and its not in my head I get really light headed if I dont eat every two hours. I am so scared that I will gain a million lbs since I do not make the smartest food choices (why I had the surgery in the first place) every one says ure eating for two but I have a hard time believing that since im so early on. And to top it off I have no morning sickness so I can basically eat anything anyone else pregnant after the sleeve and is always hungry???
