I need some advice

My (triplet) sister is currently living in a different state than me. She just called me and told me that she is pregnant and also that her boyfriend (or now ex) hurt her physically. I offered for her to come move in with me and I'll help her and her ex can have nothing to do with her and the baby. But she doesn't know what she wants, she just knows she doesn't want him around the baby. I don't know how to help her. Can anybody give me advice on how to help her? Or how she can help herself?
