Pre pregnancy symptoms?

Long story short, been ttc for 2 years, me and partner both been tested for complications and both fine. I ovulated 10 days ago. Af due on 10th. Normally I get tender breasts 6-7 days before AF. This month I've experienced tender breasts for 6 days already and still have 6 days till AF is due which has never happened before. I have had a big break out of spots on my face and I havnt had a spot in 5+ years. I've been feeling wore out a lot lately but I've put that down to the fact I've been ill. Also if I miss a meal which I used todo a lot, I start feeling nauseous and slightly faint and I'm drinking ALOT! Any ideas? Could this possibly be symptoms?
