intense back pain

So about a couple hours ago my back started hurting. It's in my loser back. I went up to use the restroom and couldn't even wipe good Bc reaching down was a terrible back pain. If I'm lying down it's semi ok but as soon as I start walking it hurts so bad. I can't eve get out of bed and it hurts so much when walking 😔
