What are some other cool products for stress/anxiety?

My sister is in college and has stress and anxiety. For part of her Christmas I wanted to get something for her to kind of relax her. I've thought of maybe a zen garden, or a tabletop waterfall for when she sleeps. I can't think of what other cool things there are for relaxation besides those things. Do any of you know any other neat things?

This is a basically a scented adult putty. The aroma lasts for a while after you put it away. So much fun!

There's some drops or mint type things at my health food store or you can find them online called Rescue Remedy(yellow bottle). It's a blend of herbs and flowers and such that help relaxation naturally. They also have a version for animals!

Maybe make her a gift basket with bubble bath, lotion, relaxing cd, lip balm, & face mask. Put a relaxing cd in there, a candle, & some nail polish. That way she feels relaxed & pretty. I love the sleep lotions at bath & body works. It smells great & it an aroma therapy so it relaxing. Maybe a gift card for a 30 min massage. Nothing like a pamper gift basket. I shop for most of those items at the dollar tree. Everything's a dollar. Hope that helps.
