So I have a boyfriend. And an old friend I used to talk to who I haven't spoken to in ages has messaged me and asked to meet up for coffee (he knows just friends and that I have a boyfriend) my question is, is it okay to Go out for coffee with him one on one even though I have a boyfriend?

Think about it the other way around - if an old friend of your boyfriends that he used to speak to hit him up and asked him to go for coffee, would you be okay with it? If you are, then go! If you wouldn't be, then you should probably reconsider! Don't do to them what you wouldn't want them to do to you! 
Also obviously talk to your boyfriend, I think it depends a lot on the style of your relationship! X
