Am I wrong for being upset?

So me and my husband just picked up my dog from the groomers and turns out she freaked out and panicked the whole time pooping everywhere and shaking. On the way home my husband got an attitude with me and told me she didn't need a bath. She has skin issues and the vet said she needs a bath monthly. He got so pissed off at me because I'm 30 weeks pregnant and can't give the dog a bath myself which he doesn't offer to help anyway. I cant bend over for 10 minutes to bathe her, 10 minutes to dry her and try to clip her nails which I still hate to do because I feel like I'm going 5o hurt her. She is 50+ pounds and doesn't coperate unless I have someone to help me. I'm now in the bathroom crying my eyes out because he's mad that I can't do anything by myself anymore..... like growing your baby and doing everything else breaking my back to make sure the house is clean and ready for our son isn't enough. 😔😢
