Should I be concerned?

My husband and I were driving through a parking lot when we hit a HUGE pothole. It's very dark and it's been down pouring so it was completely accidental, we simply couldn't see it. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and since then I've been feeling what I'd describe as round ligament pain. There's been no blood and I did feel baby kick, but it does hurt to stand up straight and walk around - all the pain is in my lower abdomen and pelvis. It also feels very warm in/around my abdomen. Should I go to a doctor or am I just overreacting?
