False labor? True labor?

Question

For 2 days I've been having contractions, but they are not progressing. Both evenings continuous and a few this morning. They are irregular, but often. They are in between 6-20 minutes. They are not excruciating. I can handle it. I wouldn't say extremely painful. They are accompanied with lower abdomen cramps like menstrual cramps. What are these?

It could be either my bh hurt more than real labor

My OB always told me that true labor contractions are consistent and don't ease up.
