Nightmares?!?!

Im in my last night in the hospital (night 3) I had a c-section Friday morning due to breech baby girl but ever since the surgery every time I sleep nap or sleep at night I have horrible nightmares that are very vivid like nothing again my baby Grace like me protecting her and me being tortured put through hell every time usually a different thing going on it each dream but I had the same one twice last night and tonight but tonight's went on longer and I woke up and cried for atleast 30 minutes like balling hard crying anyone else exsperence this or know why it's happening?
