help?😩

So i lost my virginity 3 days ago and yesterday night i had blood when i went to the restroom and it burns when i pee, and tonight it's happening again i feel like i have to pee really bad and when i go to the restroom nothing comes out, only a few drops of blood but then the pain in my lower abdomen doesn't stop nomatter  what i feel like i have to go to the restroom really bad. I don't know if this is normal and i don't know what to do. Please help, any advice?
