AF Pain
What does everyone do for their AF pain? Mild cramping & bloating? Right now I take Midol, but it barely works & im not supposed to have caffeine (which Midol contains caffeine) pamprin/Tylenol also barley works....
Do you guys just suffer through it lol? Let me know what helps you, looking for some other remedy! TIA
