No period/ bfn

Okay so im on cycle day 47 and 12 days late and no period but all negative tests .

I know people say its normal for this to happen sometimes but in all the periods I've had this has NEVER happened the lates I've been is 2 days or early my periods have been very regular i had a chemical pregnancy back in july and the next month august i got a normal period and so on until this month this happens. I know it says stress affects but right now i don't feel too stressed actually last year during this time i was going through severe stress i had depression and we got evicted of our apartment and i was actually stressed and my period was still normal im just worried that it could be like an ectopic pregnancy that scares me. I don't have insurance so i don't have money out of pocket to pay for the doctors, any advice ?
