I always said I wasn't breastfeeding but since my baby is 3 months early I did it to help her. With a month my supply went from really well to literally nothing. The problem is me tbh. I only eat once a day tbh bc we don't have a lot of food at home, I can't pump every 3 hours because I started working & we don't even get a lunch break, & it just hurts I hate doing it & im tired of doing it. She's getting bigger & eat more & im not getting anything. The nurse told me to drink half of a beer 😷 & that didn't help. What to do?
