first infertility appointment and need advice

Briana • Tue, Dec 06 • Boy Girl Twins Born July 2018 at 32 Weeks after TTC since June 2015. MFI and APA syndrome. Had 4 IUIs and IVF fresh transfer prior to FET (2 early miscarriages from IUI and fresh transfer)

We have our first appointment tomorrow. 18 cycles of trying and unfortunately only BFNs. Husband has variocele which they aren't sure is the cause of his low morphology and really low motility or if his low testosterone is the cause. I've only had a cd 22 progesterone test which came back normal, regular cycles and BBT chart spikes like it should.

I'm scared and nervous of what the specialist will tell us and could use some advice or input on what I might expect. I want to be prepared and that will help ease my mind. Will they have me get more tests? Help! Please help me relax.
