I'm done 😓

I've pumped for 3 months and my nipples are on fire they hurt they are super sensitive even wearing a padded bra if baby's head rubs agains I'm in pain I have enough milk frozen for maybe 2 months I wanted to go up to at least 6 months but besides my pain I started birt control and that lowered my supply so much I'm pumping 2 times a day and I only get 2 1/2 out of each breast.. 

So how can I dry up? I tried 1 day no pumping and I was in tears that was so painful I pumped
