i need you advice and help please !!!

I need your help! I had a hydrosalpnix surgery on my right fallopian tube, since that my period became irregular. Last month i had my period on nov 3rd and i tested everyday using ovulation kit to see when i will ovulate and they where all negative . On Saturday i checked my morning temperature it was 36.6 it was high and i felt i was ovulating however my ovulation test gave a negative.  And i had intercourse on that day . Today is December 6th , 2016 and i have weird feelings . My boobs got bigger and sore and i have all symptoms of getting my period although i did a blood test yesterday and it was negative also. And still no sign of my period .  Could i be pregnant in the coming days by any chance ?
