job frustration

Just needed to vent!!! Been at my job a little over 6 yrs and I'm a manager there. I'm currently 6 months pregnant and experiencing swelling in my feet. I work 50 hours and week of not more. My doctor only wants me working 40 hours a week but I'm trying not to lose my position. I have spoken to my manager numerous times about my pregnancy and no one understands. I'm arguing with every manager there about what I can lift and can and can't do. At this point all I can do is talk to my doctor about my swelling and see what he says. Just can't believe ppl can be so insensitive.
