Does it ever end?

Long story short husband was granted visitation of his two kids his ex up and left state. Is that legal?

Depends. If they were married, most divorce decrees say that the custodial parent can't leave the state, with out the others consent. I wasn't married with my daughter, my visitation states on there the child should reside where the mother lives. But also there's visitation on there listed if we live less then 100 miles away and more then 100. He needs to read his paper work. Either way I know all decrees state the other parent needs the address and phone number where the custodial parent lives. Either way he needs to look at his paperwork carefully, and either go to court to get it modified or find her in contempt.

Depends what state your in. I'm in Texas, I'm custodial parent and in my papers it says I'm aloud to live anywhere I want to.
