friends issues

I'm 13 and I feel like all my friends I can't trust. I know a lot of my friends talk about me behind my back. And I also can't trust most of my friends with anything about me. I kinda keep to myself cause I can't talk to anyone. I guess this means they really aren't friends, but idk what to do. And the friends I can trust. I can't talk to them because I feel like they will judge me.
