starting fresh in 2017

So, we've been trying for a few months, but I haven't been temping or tracking or charting or anything like that. So. Starting in January, im starting fresh with lifestyle changes (like everyone else, i know) but really trying to understand and increase my chances of conceiving. Any suggestions on anything I should do, start doing, not bother with?  Here's to happy hopeful baby making in 2017🍾
