Natural or Epidural?

Question

I'm due in 33 days and i'm trying to build the confidence to go natural lol. Could any of you ladies share your birth experiences with a natural birth? If you've had a natural birth and an epidural birth which one was better for you?

I've had 2 natural births and it's honestly not as bad as you think. I'm quite tough though. I always say to people try going natural because even though it's painful it's the most beautiful thing ever. If the pain gets too much you can always have an epidural later on

I'm a FTM and had a natural birth. I was pretty scared bc I'm tiny (always been 90lbs and during pregnancy up to 110) but it wasn't that bad!! The contractions were hell and I almost wanted to ask for epidural but got through them and the pushing was much easier than I thought it would be.. I was determined to do natural bc I know our bodies are meant to do this. But mostly there was no way I was letting them stick a giant ass needle into my spine 😅

For myself I saw no point in going through all that pain with no known ill effects from epidurals. The pain I felt for a few hours before the epi was blinding and unbearable. I was tense, folded over and sobbing. After the epidural I was able to laugh and relax with my husband and enjoy the experience.

I've had two epidurals and one natural. The natural one was I felt more harder to push for the obvious reason that I could feel everything. I felt like it took forever to push. It was only 12 minutes. For me, the contractions was the worse feeling. I'd do them all natural if I could go back.

I'm a FTM and I just had a natural birth 2 weeks ago! It was a great experience! I did get IV pain medication but it didn't do 💩! 😑 No epidural! The pain is the worst at the end! But by that time it's over it's time to push! If I have any more kids I'll probably go natural again! It's pretty intense but it's not unbearable! Our bodies are made for this you can do it! 💪🏽💪🏽

My son I was in labor for 40 hrs, no pain meds no epi. He got stuck, I had to be cut from my V-A worst pain I have ever felt I asked the nurse to dislocate my hip's so I couldn't feel anything. After I had so many stitches it took 5 month's to fully heal, I was in the hospital for 9 days after.
My daughter I was a 9 hrs labor, I was induced with the oral pill at 10am; had her at 6:53pm. I went as long as I could without anything which was 6 hrs then opt for the epi, I didn't want to go through the pain again. Once I got the epi it let my body relax I was able to finish dilating quick, I didn't tear or rip! I was in the hospital for 3 days, I healed in 3 weeks.

I say if you have the option to get the epi do it! It's so much better, they say the epi prolongs it but I think thats bull and I was one to go through it.
