So I've been on birth control for a month and this is the 1st period I've got since being on it. My period is super light and I'm having more of these clot type things happen. Is this kinda thing normal? I had sex without a condom recently as well.

That's the tissue. The inner wall of your vagina sheds during your period. These clots is YOU shedding your tissue.

I clot too, my doctor says it's normal.  As long as there is some fluid along with it.  If it becomes a major problem for sure visit your doctor.
