am i pregnant or do I have pcos?

So my husband and I have been TTC since May, so far no luck, but I had my last period September 30 and I haven't got it since then but all the pregnancy test came negative, is it a way to know if it's normal for me?( my cycle is usually 36-42 days). My sister has pcos so I'm thinking maybe I have it too.

I was using birth control for about a year and decided to discontinue it, i stopped it in May, and had a period in April.. so I thought that was a sign to TTC since I thought my periods were regular again. After 5 months of trying, with no periods after the one in April, we gave up. I went to the doctor and got tested for PCOS, waited a LONG 2 weeks for my test results to come back and THANKFULLY did NOT have PCOS. (Still didn't explain why it was taking my body longer than normal to regulate my periods) and a week after that call, I found out I was pregnant! My point is, you may not have PCOS, but even if you do, I've seen MULTIPLE people conceive with the syndrome. DON'T GIVE UP.
