Weird Vibe from Brother..

So i was having a talk with my brother and all of a sudden he starts telling me that he was looking at a picture of me he really likes and he was looking at it for 45 min, then he was saying how him and i have the biggest butts in the family and that he was going to send me a picture of it.. and that we have the same skin type. he is from another dad and we do not look anything alike hes a little bit dark skinned and im lighter than he is. He just constantly tells me how beautiful i am and how much he misses me.. is it weird? am i being paranoid? idk if its normal he is like 14 years olde than i am .. i am 28. He is married for 12 years. no kids
