Confused

OK so my period was the 11th or last month and I have sort of irregular periods and glow says I was supposed to have it 3 days ago I had terrible cramps last night and then after 5 or 10 min the we're gone and then earlier that day I had a sharp pain in my bellybutton almost had me in tears . At 4 dpo I was spotting very very light pink and at 10dpo i took a test and it came up negative I am very bloated and boobs are sore I have a white kinda thick discharge what could be going on ??( also have addisons disease but that shouldn't effect anything )
