Help need advice please

Hey guys I had a miscarriage September and I've been TTC for over 2 months now. I've had two cycles since but one week after my second cycle I had spotting for three days, the doctor said its an irregular period but I'm always regular.

Have any of you lost your baby and gone through the same? How long did it take your period to regulate? How long did it take for you to conceive? If anyone replies I thank you so much.. I just need a lift I feel really worried.
