My two year old.

So I'm not a first time mom but I've never had this problem before my two year old will not keep clothes on. She is naked all the time no after how any times I dress her. (Good news is it's done great for potty training, but still...) How do I encourage her to keep her clothes on?? (BTW she mostly only does it at home she took her shirt off in the store a few times but at home she strips down to nothing!)
