GENDER

Is it possible for the Ultrasound Tech to determine the gender of the baby at 13 weeks and 6 days? Have any of you mommies been told the correct gender that early in your pregnancy? Or was it ever wrong? I have my ultrasound (I believe in 3D/4D) next week and I am so nervous about whether or not we'll be able to find out the gender. Thanks :)
