Yep, looks like Newborn Rash aka baby acne to me too.  It's caused by the baby's skin reacting and adjusting to the environment outside of your body.  Should go away on its own in the next week or so.  :)

My Daughter Had It Too and It's Still Clearing Up. The doctor said to just leave it alone but I wash her face with warm water and put breastmilk on it 2-3 times a day

Honestly it's probably baby acne and a combination of the weather on her delicate skin. Totally normal ;)

Probably baby acne! Super common. You can gently wash with baby soap. But other than that just wait it out. It goes away with time:)
