First Thought?

Question

What was your first thought when you found out you were expecting?? I'm just curious to find out what others thought. ☺️ Also when are you due and what're you having?

I was 18 when I found out. I was so upset with myself because I had this huge plan for myself and my SO. To me 18 is still to young to have a child, whether you planned it or not. Your whole life is ahead. I wish I would have waited.

But anyways I have a 13 month old baby girl and she is the highlight of my life and I wouldn't trade her for anything. I'm now 20 and working on my career in life, it's an amazing journey for sure. Just happened a lot sooner than I hoped.

I got married Nov. 26, 2015, i went home to Pakistan where my husband is to get married. I took time off from work, returned back to US on Feb 7. It got to be the time foe my period, but it wasn't coming, i wasn't worried because it has been late before. I gave it 5 extra days, and decided to take a pregnancy test. I could not have been more excited when the result came back positive. My son was due to be born Nov. 2, but he came early on Oct. 15! I was my parents anniversary baby, their anniversary is April 28 and my bday is April 14. My husband and I were not trying because i didn't want to go through a pregnancy all by my self and then raise him alone until he gets here. I love my son and am so excited for what our future will bring!

Please pray that my husband comes here soon to his family! His son is waiting to meet his Dad! 👪❤️

My husband and I had been trying for sooooo long. After months and months of failed fertility treatments we did IVF. I started feeling *funny* 5 days after they put the embryos in so I decided to test after work, knowing it would be too early and I would never get a positive at like 8 pm. There was that beautiful line! I was bawling my eyes out and took a digital to see the words "pregnant" because I didn't believe it! I ended up keeping it a surprise for 4 days so I could tell my husband on Father's Day ☺️ it was amazing. They put two embryos in and I am pregnant with one baby. We don't know what we are having, we are going for the surprise at the end ;) we figured everything was SO planned out that we would rather wait until the delivery 💙💗

7months ttc so I started shaking so hard I was flipping the stick all over the place... I was so unbelievably happy. Never felt like that in my life until about six weeks later when we got our gender blood test results and found out we were having a boy ( which we were hoping for so badly!) . I'm 28 weeks now 😄

I wasn't planning for or expecting a baby. I was on birth control when he was conceived. I had just turned 21 and got my "dream job" but as soon as I seen a positive test I couldn't stop smiling lol I was really happy even though it's probably not the best time for me to have a baby.

Two years ago when I met my SO I found out I was sterile. I'm still young so it was a little disheartening but I figured there are so many options  that when the time came I would figure something out. A year ago we started discussing the possibility of marriage and a future together and he mentioned he was most likely sterile as well due to some things from his childhood. In July I missed a period. I didn't think much of it, I've been on birth control to regulate my period since high school and sometimes it's late. My SOs mother bought me a pregnancy test, all she said was "please humor me". I did, we cried...allot. I'm seven months pregnant now with a healthy baby girl, we're due late I'm April. This whole experience...it's not something I  ever expected to happen. This has been the most beautiful miraculous experience. My fiance cried with joy when he saw that baby girl kicking around inside me the first time, we both did <3 the first picture is the week before we found out, the second is the second ultrasound when we found out it was a girl.
