Did your hips stay wide after baby was born?

My hips definitely got wider during pregnancy. It's not the end of the world if they don't go back to normal but they were already wide pre pregnancy lol.

Yup and my pouch still sags and I can't get rid of it. I've been on a diet and working out for 5 months now and I've seen no changes. I don't know what else to do. I see women posted selfies a week after having their babies and they look better than before they were pregnant and I get so jealous :( every body is different. I don't think my body will ever be the same again unfortunately 😢

A bit but not much. Mine didn't get very wide with my son but to be fair they were already pretty wide. I also used a pp belly band so that may have been what helped.

I had three boys. My stomach went down to the same flat stomach with my first two (I have a little pouch from the third). I went from a size 3 to 5 with the first, 5 to 7 with the second and to a 9 with the third. It's all from my hips and butt. But no complaining. My husband loves my it. At least I have curves now.
