Taking a Break from the Eve App
This app has been causing me so much stresss and anxiety 😂😭. I already have anxiety and slight OCD, and when I read stuff on the app like "am I pregnant" or read anyone freaking out about their SO cheating on them, the anxiety transfers and I become anxious about those things as well (even though I know they are not true).
I'm still going to use the App for tracking my period and such, but I need a serious break from the chat rooms.
Also something I have noticed... there has been so much negativity. People just openly hating on people, and the biggest is calling people "immature" instead of actually answering a question. Don't focus on their age or experience, just give them actual advice or answers, it doesn't need to be hateful. This is supposed to be a supportive app and I am really not seeing that here in a lot of you.
