Working mothers... your opinion????

Do you think mothers should wait until the child is of school age? 

Me personally I think depending on the individuals circumstances can depend when a mother goes back to work. I don't think there should be a certain time/age to return to work. I went back to work when my daughter turned 1. For some people they have to go to work due to financial circumstances or just because they want a little bit of freedom from being a mother all the time. I went back to work part time but when my daughter goes to school I will go as full time. What do you guys think?
