Serious help!!!

Ok so I don't want to feel stupid for posting for help in here but I seriously don't know what to do. I moved into my apartment in May and I think sometime in August I noticed a mildew smell every time I would come home and I would do whatever I needed to to get rid of it but it somehow comes back. Well I had maintenance come check for mold because I was concerned and they said no mold. So I was like ok whatever I'm over reacting, well about a month ago I noticed like black spots on the vents and not that this is an excuse but I'm very busy and I would forget about it which is horrible on my part especially because I have a 10 month old. Well I got scared because the black spots had spread and at 2 sites of the vents it had actually spread down to the wall and I freaked out so I cleaned the walls and vent covers with water and bleach. Well today I went to clean a vent again because the spots had reappeared and I noticed stuff inside the vent but I am a scaredy cat and was like no I don't want to open it so I am calling maintenance first thing Monday when they're back. Well I tried to go to bed and I have asthma and I noticed that for the past month now i have really hard time breathing almost an asthma attack and I couldn't sleep so I started reading on web mb and everything is making sense now. My daughter has had a funny and stuffy nose on and off since July but everyone says it because she is I'm daycare and I haven't gone to the doctor about my issues because again I kinda put it off. Its now 3am and I am freaking out. My chest hurts and I don't know if I should take me and my daughter to the hospital or if it's something that can wait until tomorrow. I don't know how urgent this is. I am a little scared. Any feedback is appreciated!!!!! Thank you
