Sick as a dog

So it all started yesterday. I went to work at 10am and was not feeling good at all. An hr and a half later i just got sent home from work for having diarrhea and vomiting once. I get home shortly after and puke again. An hr or so later i puke again and cant get up off the floor quick enough for it to start coming out the other end. I have stopped puking but i still have diarrhea. I can keep water down and gatorade as well as really small amounts of apple sauce. I dont know what to do i cant remember ever being this sick before. My head is killing me and my stomach hurts. I just want this all to be over. What can i do?
