I'll still be able to get a passport for our baby if the second parent adoption isn't done yet?
Usually here (we are stationed overseas) we apply for the passport as soon as we get the social back and We are also planning a trip 3 months or so after baby is born. (Without complications passports are usually sent back about 1.5 month or less after baby is born.)
