pregnant or not ?

So I haven't got my period in over a year and I'm not on BC , yesterday when I went to the restroom I had brown old blood on my underwear , then today when I went to use it again I wiped and had spotting again with pinker blood , then a while after I went again and it was spotting again with old color blood again could this mean spotting as in pregnancy ?
