condom safety

The other day I had sex with my bf and we used a condom and the pull out method together. He didn't cum inside me and I checked afterwards to make sure that the condom was intact. I'm just kind of jittery because I was really close to ovulation. I know I should have waited until a safer time but I was super horny being it that time of the cycle. Is there any chance something could go wrong?
