I need help asap! brown skin spots!!!

So today I was getting out of the shower and I noticed these brown/tan splotches on parts of my skin. I looked it up and asked my bestfriend(who is a nurse) and they are pregnancy spots! Most people get them when they are pregnant(hence why they are called pregnancy spots). There is a chance I'm not pregnant and I just have extremely high estrogen levels right now for some reason. Anyone heard of this before or have anything they could add or tell me??
