15 and BIRTH CONTROL

okay so im sexually activeand  im 15 , but my parents wont allow me to get on birth control she even knows im sexually active , i just rather be safe than sorry .. we always use condoms and he pulls out at the same time we also just do it in the non-fertile days but i still get worried .. how can i get birth control pills without my parents permission or something , i just feel like i should have the right to be on birth control they will also help me with my periods and acne .. where can i go ? what will i need and also i dont have insurence so how much will i have to pay also can i get them alone even if im 15. ?
