Sharp Pains?

Has anyone experienced sharp pains in their belly or back? I had one big one this morning while driving to work and it started from the lower center part of my stomach and ran all the way up almost under my boobs (dead center of my stomach), and now I'm having sharp (but not overly painful) pains in my back when I breathe deep. I'm 5.5 weeks today. Thoughts? I'm headed to the doctor for my pre-ultrasound blood work at noon so I'll definitely be bringing this to their attention.
