is it normal to be bleeding ??

So this is my first pregnancy this morning when I went to the washroom and wiped there was pinkish/red on the toilet paper is this normal ? I am going to the doctor today I would just like to know what others have experienced.

I'm 9 weeks 5 days and have had pinkish spotting for several weeks (doctors said it was normal). Yesterday I had an episode of heavier red bleeding so they got me in for an ultrasound. The baby was doing great and everything was fine... doctors are pretty sure it's the placenta implanting into my uterus. Best of luck at your appointment!

I had some bleeding and my dr sent me to the er. They did a ultrasound and my baby was fine. They put me on bed rest for a couple months. I go back to the dr on the 29th for an anatomy scan so they'll tell me then if I can be taken off of pelvic rest. I have a low lying placenta, but if you're still early it has a chance to move up. Just inform the dr and they'll tell you better what's going on and I know it's hard, but try not to panic
