Please help.. Can I get the norethisterone pill

So I'm 15 and I'm going on holiday on the 28th of December till the 1st of January and guess how lucky I am... my period is there for the whole time. I heard of the norethisterone pill and decided to do some research. I think this would be suitable to take as a one time thing.. however.. my mum would not let me take it in a million years. Do I need parental consent to get this from the doctors? I'm 15 but I'm 16 in January so my birthday isn't too far away.
